Tap a blinking request to add the funds to that tenant's account.

payout

Revenue credited to this admin account from approved package top-up purchases.

Used for the tenant address search preview. Requires the Places API.

Used by Ariv Partners to send package arrival text messages. Use your own Textbelt API key; the free test key is “textbelt”.

New tenants start with this many free countdown days. When they reach 0 Days Left, their account goes Not Active until they pay.

Shown on the tenant account above My Package Deliveries, with an Order Now button.

When a tenant reaches 0 Days Left and has this much (or more) credit balance, this amount is automatically subtracted and 30 days are added. If the balance is too low, no funds are taken — the tenant must add more funds.

Checkout automatically combines the Maryland tax and Stripe processing into “Taxes & Others”. Tip amounts can be changed here, and the Stripe amount is grossed up so the collected total covers the order and processing cost.

Users can place food and retail orders only during this window. At the close time, Ariv Partners stop seeing and accepting new deliveries; accepted deliveries remain active.

Set custom open and close times for an individual food or retail store. Stores without saved custom hours use the default ordering hours above.
